Tanja

Hi I'm Tanja. I became a support worker because I genuinely enjoy helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. Working with individuals with disabilities has not only been rewarding but has also taught me a lot about myself—especially in developing patience and empathy. I love the moments when we can laugh, have fun, and connect throughout the day; seeing a participant enjoy my company truly makes my day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with animals, reading, photography, walking, and volunteering but also spending time at home with my husband, Lance, and our dog Banjo and cockatiel Philip.
